SaaS enterprise Conversational AI testing tool, QBox, wins Emerging Tech Company of the Year award, 2022.

On Thursday 20th October, QBox attended The Business Magazine, Thames Valley Tech Awards 2022 at the Reading Select Car Leasing Stadium. The event recognised outstanding achievements in a dozen categories. Emphasising the diverse nature of award entrants, Richard Thompson, Managing Director at The Business Magazine, said: “We wanted to make sure that the Tech Awards ranged across as many fields as possible and truly reflected the diverse nature of tech in the Thames Valley.”

On winning the award for Emerging Tech Company of the Year 2022, Benoit Alvarez, CEO at QBox, said: “QBox has been in-market for about two years. We have developed our own algorithm to help solve problems companies have using chatbot technology. We currently sell to over 20 global businesses, including NatWest, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Vodafone and Sky with a growing pipeline of great brands. We help chatbots to better understand humans so they can automate more of their requests. This market is expanding over 30% year on year. So far, we have been reaching the early adopters of chatbot technology and are now going to the mass market, so we are scaling quickly. We have increased staff numbers 100% in the last year to about 40 people in the UK, Spain, Asia and the US.”
